The theme of this exchange is: "To enable young women from the UK to realise the development & empowerment of women living in poor conditions in Bangladesh, such as education and careers"
The aims ad objectives include:
To allow young women from the Uk to explore and understand education and employment amongst women in a developing country. And how women in developing countries are able to motivate themselves and/or other women to help their families and communities.
