The theme of this exchange is "Promoting positive change through personal development and international understanding"
To fulfil this theme the participants from both countries will be encouraged to design a programme that utilises their existing experience and provides opportunities to develop new skills.
The aims and objectives include;
to provide opportunities for young people to develop new skill, to provide benifits to the local community , increase cross-cultural understanding. To provide an inspirational and interactive experience for all communities. To create young leaders for the future.
